DZIVA
We chose to partner with Dziva to guarantee all monies raised reach the people of Ukraine. Dziva is a grassroots NGO started by a small team in Kherson immediately after the war started.
After 40 days of Kherson occupation by Russia, they decided to escape and move and save their lives in Ukrainian controlled territory in the city of Odesa.
In the beginning Dziva set up two offices, one in Kherson and another in Odesa. From one office to another, they were delivering humanitarian aid for people in Kherson who were under the stifling occupation.
Dziva has since grown to 8 offices in the Kherson region and the main office in Odessa with a large team of volunteers and national recognition by the Ukrainian government.
